Who are we and what do we do?
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a volunteer-driven organization. Its members are organized into small community-based groups called conferences and the volunteers that join the conferences are called Vincentians. St. Paul the Apostle has such a conference.
We provide loving and compassionate interests in individuals. If that interest calls for providing food, St. Paul’s has a food pantry which is opened Saturdays from 10:00am – 12:00pm.
We also have a volunteer youth corp…our Young Vincentians…Our mini vinnies run food drives, help organize our pantry and oversee our PBJ evenings.
You’ve probably seen the SVDP green trucks go by. On the side of the trucks is our motto: We Help People. That’s who we are and that’s what we do!
Become a Vincentian!
Opportunities Include: Peanut butter and jelly night, helping at our farm, helping at the food pantry, home visitation, delivering food to the needy.
